Refund policy

At Keepmovinglifestyle, we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and our dedication to customer satisfaction. You have the right to return unwanted products (unused, clean, and in their original packaging) up to 14 days from the date of purchase with proof of purchase, subject to the below conditions and exclusions.

Return policy exclusions

We cannot accept returns of:

  • Products that have been used, are unclean, or are not in their original packaging.
  • Products that are damaged on purpose or not properly maintained.
  • Products used outside of their intended means or not in accordance with their instructions.
  • Personalised products.


Refund Policy:

If you return a faulty product within 14 days of purchase along with proof of purchase, and there is no available replacement, you are entitled to a full refund.

Based on our assessment (condition of the product and length/frequency of use), we reserve the right to accept or refuse a return, and in the case of an accepted return, we will choose the most suitable solution (exchange or refund).
